A week of dinners
Monday: It was a “logical Sunday” so we had pizza.
Tuesday: Leftover Alton Brown fajitas
Wednesday: Chicken with prosciutto, sage and fontina, rice, spinach with raisins
Thursday: Roast pork loin with peach glaze (canned by dad), black rice and sweet potatoes, fennel and orange salad
Friday: Curried carrot soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
