Sorry to hear about your SPAM problem. I gather you’ve been ridding yourself of these vermin as they appear.
Phil got one, but he’s keeping his. I think it’s a pet.
Nice to see a post or two from you. I keep checking, but I know you’ve been busy EMT studying. Glad you’re official now and hope that means we’ll see more from you here in the future.

You might be able to fix your spam problem by renaming the files and/or directories. People write those spam scripts assuming that you’re using MT ‘out of the box’, so they target certain file and folder names.
I know this because in my webstats I’ll see 404 errors for MT files that don’t exist…

So, uh, did you just remember your password recently? Is that why you’ve made some posts recently?
And why is the 10 Years post dated in December? I didn’t see it until the other day…
I haven’t had any MT spam…to my knowledge…

hello! The latest version of MT should fix this problem. If you don’t want to install the new version, there are TONS of people having this problem, so it should be fairly easy to find some code to cut and paste into your existing framework, just search the MT forums, or read the last few posts at movabletype.org. Good Luck!
